		<description>Hi, Luke,
Glad to see you like the Health Promotion Advocates' approach--I am the KY coordinator for this effort and the organization surpassed the goal of 10,000 faxes to Congress earlier this month! Today we had a conference call of all the volunteers and Michael O'Donnell gave a good update on the legislation and its chances of passing (high in his estimation).

One thing I'm interested in is the proposal to increase the allowed differential in premium between wellness participants and non-participants. Today it's 20% and the proposals range from 30-50%...this could be a real driver for people to join and stay in wellness programs.

I hope you are well and enjoying the first of NE fall weather...

Regards,
Karen</description>
