As if it weren’t enough to be worried about the tenuous job market and our dwindling retirement savings – now the economy is even affecting our waistlines.

Then again, maybe the recession will actually be a good thing. Ready for the “back-to-basics bailout diet”?

Those of you who have been to an Eliza meeting know we’re all about the food. So you shouldn’t be surprised to hear that we’ve got some solid ideas for promoting healthy eating habits and exercise.

Because we’re all going to need all the energy we can get to withstand whatever else these crazy economic times throw at us.
